Feeling incredibly emotional & privileged to have witnessed these two amazing people tie the knot this weekend at Nita Lake Lodge. Having been a wedding photographer for 15 years, finding incredible clients to work with has been the epitome of why I still loving what I do for so long...and well, the incredible lighting we experienced while shooting was a much welcomed bonus too:) A sneak peak from this weekend's beautiful Whistler Wedding. Definitely more to come!
Sincere. Thoughtful. Funny. Emotional. This is how I would describe celebrating the amazing wedding of Kristine & Chris. After photographing hundreds of weddings over a span of 15 years, it still makes me excited to witness celebrations as thoughtful as theirs...especially documenting the emotion of the day — when there's literally not a dry eye in the room:) Held at the gorgeous Rosewood Hotel Georgia . I have had the privilege of teaching many Wedding & Business photography workshop at some of the most popular photography schools in the city. Each year brings fresh enthusiasm and perspectives from the students taking the Wedding Photography class and I'm pumped for a new term with my students at Langara College Continuing Studies program. I teach this course just once a year at this school. We almost always bring the photoshoot outdoors for variety & lighting techniques so good light & decent weather is always nice to have during these spring & summer months. Classes start next week and if you're enrolled in the program, there is still some spots available for the Monday & Tuesday classes.
