One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is building relationships with wonderful clients and having the tremendous privilege to journey alongside them. This has and will continue to be one of the main reasons why I photography people, and it is with great honour to celebrate life with each and every person I get to photograph. Today marks the 10 year wedding anniversary of my dear clients and friends, Janice & Dave. I’m so thrilled to be able to share their Paris Family Portrait Session on the blog today:)Read more
'Hmmm...which leaf do I like more?' My exact dilemma except we're talking about photo selections from all the beautiful family moments from this session - toooo cuuute!!!!!
It's BC Family Day coming up this weekend and we hope that everyone will have an opportunity to spend some quality time with family or those close to you:) On the theme of families, we thought we'd pay tribute to this special holiday by sharing one of our favourite family portrait sessions with our viewers. This very special family speaks volumes to why I love doing what I do. Not only did we photograph the wedding, we now have the privilege and opportunity to see them each year as they come for annual family session.
One of the amazing things I love about this family is their ability to openly collaborate ideas with me. I love it when we brainstorm ideas on where to take them as each year they're looking for a different theme from the last. Since we hadn't tackled a winter session with them before, Vince & I collaborated on the idea of going to the Equestrian grounds of Southlands in Vancouver for their photos. It's been so amazing seeing how Cheryl & Vince's children grow and change year after year.Looking forward to our 2015 Summer Session with this incredible family!
