During one of our wedding industry events, I had the privilege of meeting Peter Fong of Ganache Patisserie. An extremely gifted pastry chef, Peter has created a stunning collection of wedding cakes and had won numerous awards for his wonderful work. It was during one particular conversation that we discovered that we attended the same high school and actually had mutual friends in common. When Peter approached us to photograph some of his pastries for his new website, we couldn't wait to photograph (and sample) all of his delicious creations!
I'm probably not doing Peter any justice by trying to describe how everything tasted. Every piece of pastry had a unique taste and was exquisitely executed with creative artistry. They were all so delicious although I would tend to favour the chocolate pieces myself (my favourite cake from him is the Chocolat-Banane). It was indeed difficult to photograph each piece of pastry without wanting to take a bite out of it first!
